A store with two hundred products cannot film two hundred videos. It can still have a short video for every product if it starts from what it already has: the product page photos, the description, customer reviews and delivery details. With AI that material becomes a vertical video with motion, voice and subtitles.
What one product page can turn into
The same material gives you several pieces. A short clip for the product gallery or the marketplace listing. An ad with a hook and a call to action for Meta or TikTok. A presenter version that explains the product the way a friend would. And versions in other languages if you sell abroad.
What a good product video needs
- It makes sense with the sound off.
- The product is on screen in the first second.
- One benefit per video: the one that weighs most in the buying decision.
- Real data from the product page: sizes, materials, delivery times.
- Nothing made up: no fake reviews, no results the product does not deliver.
Reviews and testimonials
The line is simple. Using real customer reviews, with permission, is fine. Inventing testimonials with avatars is not: it misleads buyers, platforms take it down, and EU consumer law bans fake reviews.
How to handle a large catalogue
You build one template per category: same structure, same timing, same graphics. Then the photos, copy and data change for each product. Every new video comes out fast and the whole catalogue looks consistent. For a new promotion, only the products, page prices and codes change.
Where to start
Pick five products: your best sellers and the ones with the best margin. Make one video for each, run them as ads and see which one holds attention and which one brings sales. That tells you which format to roll out to the rest of the catalogue.
